Meal Break Policy

It is the policy of Ruft Apparel to provide the meal / prayer break with the consent of workers, timing is as follows:

From Saturday to Thursday 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm

For Friday            1:00 pm to 2:30 pm

Note: Sunday is a rest day

Non-Discrimination Policy

It is the policy that Ruft Apparel shall not discriminate in recruitment and employment practices. Decision about hiring, salary, benefits, training opportunities, work assignments, advancement, discipline and termination shall be based solely on ability to perform the job, rather than on the basis of personal characteristics or beliefs, such as race, national origin, gender, religion, age, disability, marital status, parental status, association membership, sexual orientation or political opinion.

Overtime Policy

It is the policy of Ruft Apparel that not to force any worker to do overtime. If company requires the workers to do overtime then company shall get the consent of workers priory. Overtime hours and payment shall be made as per labor law and workplace standard guidelines.
