Spinning in this way doesn’t push or pull air
The floor fans in various episodes spin in the wrong direction relative to the orientation of the blades. Featured on WatchMojo: The 10 Best TV Shows of 2023 to Binge Watch (2023) This is an interesting take on the story of an underground bunker, a people who have survived underground for so long that a civilization is born within them, with traditions, myths, beliefs, rituals, and ceremonies rooted in forgotten events, and a status quo social structure is established.
And when the status quo that protects order is challenged, enforcement and punishment follow
A power structure is created, creating a stratified population, figuratively and literally, from the top of the silo to the bottom. That’s the premise, and while it’s not entirely original (think Snowpiercer, Dark City, etc.), there’s enough newness here and it feels well-executed for a TV series.
There are elaborate sets and good CGI to provide a believable atmosphere
Good acting from Oyelowa, with familiar faces in Rashida Jones and Will Patton. (But as you can see from the series poster, the series regulars are replaced by guest stars, with Rebecca Ferguson in the lead role.) The series looks pretty decent, with good production values.
