Typically, a landman’s job is to negotiate and finalize agreements with landowners who have mineral rights to lease those rights to the company they represent. Like a foreman on a construction site, they build roads, housing for workers (man-camps), assemble drilling rigs, and drill wells, especially in remote locations.

They are also part Fixer, Problem Solver, and Facilitator.. The show is so good so far, the one feeling I can’t shake is the daughter.

The shower scene, the sex talk with her father, showing her ass!

In the show they say the daughter is 17 and then they start making her extremely sexual! All of those scenes are 0-connected with the story line and make it an uncomfortable watch.

She’s 18, you could easily get away with saying she’s 18 and still in high school!

I get what they’re doing with the character of a daughter going down the wrong path, her father trying to get her back on the right path. I wish they would have rewritten her script and not have any clue how this got through the editors.
