At the 1965 Newport Folk Festival, a young Bob Dylan revolutionizes the folk scene by going electric and spawning rock as the voice of a generation, defining one of the most transformative moments in 20th-century music. According to an October 2020 Collider interview with cinematographer Phedon Papamichael, the Bob Dylan film project has reportedly been put on the back burner due to the recently released COVID precautions studios are taking.
